Thomas Broussard

I entered into the insurance industry in 2015 after college and started a small boutique agency in Middle Tennessee. My goal was to provide top-tier service and always put my clients’ needs first by identifying coverage gaps, reducing risk exposure, and aligning policies with changing personal and business needs. I provided end-to-end insurance advisory services, including policy analysis, coverage optimization, renewals, and claims support. Prioritizing long term client relationships and using a consultative approach, I grew my business through word of mouth and referrals from happy clients. In 2025, I decided that the best way to serve my clients would be to join a national agency so that I could provide even more options to meet my clients’ needs and have more resources at my disposal. Afore’s mission closely aligned with my own and was clearly the right decision for me and my clients. Since starting with Afore, I have been able to serve my clients at a higher level and will continue to try to make the insurance buying process as easy as possible while being a thorough and trusted insurance advisor.
